Mag. Michael Duscher

Managing Director

In his capacity as Managing Director of the NÖ Festival und Kino GmbH, managing director Michael Duscher (50) has since 2016 been responsible for renowned cultural events and venues such as the donaufestival, the Glatt & Verkehrt festival, the Imago Dei Easter festival, the Kino im Kesselhaus cinema, the Klangraum Krems Minoritenkirche sound space and ELit Literaturhaus Europa. Previously (following ten years in various positions in Austria and abroad at Österreich Werbung) he was in charge of marketing at MuseumsQuartier Vienna for four years in an executive capacity.

Mag. Albrecht Grossberger

Commercial Director

Albrecht Grossberger (48) has taken on the role of Commercial Director parallel to his position as commercial manager at NÖ Kulturwirtschaft GesmbH, which he has held since the end of 2015. A graduate of the Vienna University of Economics and Business, by 1995 he had already specialised in the art and culture sector – and settled in Lower Austria: he began his career in the Culture and Science Department of the province of Lower Austria, signing up with his current employer in 2000.

Mag. Jakob Redl

Project Manager and proxy

A trained political analyst, Project Manager Jakob Redl (35) was co-initiator and spokesman at the KulturhauptSTART St. Pölten platform, stepping down from this role when he applied for the project enterprise. Born in St. Pölten, from 2006 until 2015 he worked as an advisor for the Green Party on various projects with an EU focus in the Austrian and German parliaments. Most recently Jakob Redl was involved in a cross-border EU project at the Center of EU Studies (SCEUS) at the University of Salzburg.

DI Carolin Riedelsberger

Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager Carolin Riedelsberger (32) studied architecture at the Technical University of Vienna and in Gothenburg, writing her thesis on space utilisation and space production at situational festivals and their impact on local development. She has several years of professional experience in signage & information design and exhibition design, most recently for “Bound by Law”, the Lower Austria State Exhibition 2017 in Pöggstall.

DI Bernadette Gugerell

Office Manager

Office Manager Bernadette Gugerell (28) was born and bred in St. Pölten. She graduated in spatial planning from the Technical University of Vienna in 2015. In her thesis she explored the subject of regional food supply cycles, focussing on the Kamptal region as a case study. Most recently Bernadette Gugerell worked for NGO FIAN Österreich and in the political section of the ARCHE NOAH association for the conservation and development of crop diversity.
